Charges may be slightly higher in certain circumstances, including but not limited to: a document is applicable to more than one lot and/or block; contains excessive pages; a Satisfaction recites more than one mortgage; or a certain county has a higher fee. Deed price is based upon a three page Deed. Mortgage, Consolidation or Modification Agreement prices are based upon an average of thirty pages per document.
